Great apartment, very clean and well furnished/equipped. AC and hot water worked great. Did not test wifi. Smartlock for checkin/access to apartment. Remote for access to outside car gate. Worked great before going to the airport. Checkin could be enhanced with better building location info (eg google map link or providing building name/address) since we had to call the owner to find out with the help of the local people...

The condo was new, clean and well kept, great view of the beach and sunset. It provided a good base for our exploring. Guayacanes is more in a regular neighborhood, which we desired. It is just across from a great beach, with several breakfast and dinner options. I would suggest a car to get to the several sites around like tres ojos, cueva de la Maravilles, Santo Domingo, San Juan de Macoris, Parque National Cotubanama. Much better than the all inclusives.

Wonderful experience with Kenia our host. The property is very nicely decorated with a beach theme. The kitchen is very well equipped. Pool available, but we choose the sea. The beach is across the street. Less than a 2 minutes walk. Definitely will come back!

Hermoso Departamento ! Espectacular vista al mar desde todas las habitaciones, incluyendo la cocina. Excelentes atenciones de la joven Luz, encargada del departamento. La verdad, nos queríamos quedar. Fuimos toda la familia y pasamos un fin de semana inolvidable. Caminar hacia la playa, a solo unos pasos del edificio, fue un sueño hecho realidad. También se cuenta con establecimientos para comprar lo que necesites para abastecerte, justo detrás del edificio o en las proximidades, muy cerca todo. En resumen, es el lugar ideal para pasarla en familia, tranquilos, disfrutando de la paz y la playa. Esperamos volver muy pronto o hacer una costumbre familiar de volver cada año... es nuestro plan.
