staff speak poor english , location of hotel is too far from downtown (40 minutes taxi ride )

Appreciate for choosing our hotel for your stay, and sorry for our English communication did not satisfy you in place, hotel will put more efforts on training to staff language. Regarding our location, actually we are more like a corporate hotel quite close to the municiple government and manufacturing area, kindly for your next option on destination.

В целом отель неплохой, но все недочеты создают неприятное впечатление. Постельное белье нельзя назвать новым. Кондиционер в номере очень плохой, не поддерживает температуру. Вода в бассейне слишком холодная.

THe air conditioning didn’t work. They were unable to fix it or provide us with another room. The wifi was terrible. Staff were somewhat unwilling or reluctant to find solutions to the problems. The hotel is a bit out of the way from central Guilin; in some ways the staff were unacommodating
