A copy of the primary renter's driver's license is required for completion. Check-in information will not be released until we have an esigned rental agreement on file. Reservations that do not complete the rental agreement within 24 hours may result in cancellation upon or discretion.

* **Security Deposit:** A security deposit hold will be placed on your card three days prior to arrival. Check-in instructions will not be sent until the hold is successfully placed 3 days before check in. Security deposit hold amount is different for each property but the amount will be listed on the checkout page.

* **Check-In:** A contactless check-in is offered. Your door code and instructions will be emailed three days prior to arrival, provided all necessary information has been submitted.

* **Minimum Age and Bookings:** The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
