RENOVATED EAST CORNER TWO BEDROOM GULF FRONT CONDO/CLOSE 2 ATTRACTIONS & PIER

This east corner condo unit has breathtaking views of the gulf from each room in the condo. We recently remodeled our condo for your vacation retreat as you enjoy overlooking the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores.

Our remodeled condo can be your next vacation location! We have new granite countertops in the kitchen along with new stainless steel appliances. There are fantastic views from every room -- in the master bedroom you have sweeping views of the Gulf State Park, the Gulf State Pier, and the gulf from the bed as well as the other bedroom. Our condo has fabulous quality mattresses and bed linens. There are flat screen TVs in each bedroom and also in the living room. We also have great outdoor balcony furniture as you relax and feel the breeze of the ocean and listen to the waves.

Our condo is comprised of the following:
‱ King in the master bedroom -- with large dual area master bath, flat screen TV, and large walk in closet in the master bedroom
‱ Queen in the guest bedroom --with a bathroom in the hallway, flat screen TV, and closet as well in the guest bedroom
‱ There are twin bunk beds in the hallway – great for kids
‱ The sofa converts to a sleeper (queen) in the living area –with a flat screen TV for the living area and two comfortable accent chairs for relaxing
‱ The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances and all of the necessary cooking utensils
‱ There is a washer and dryer in the hallway -- linens are provided for your stay
‱ Our balcony is also a great refuge with a table and chairs along with a lounging chair. It is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or even an afternoon snack. We love sitting around and talking on our balcony with friends. I am sure that you will love it!
‱ We have beautiful pools which include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. We have a hot tub, sauna, and fitness center in Royal Palms as well.

Royal Palms is such a desirable rental because it has all the amenities of larger condos without the higher price. Also, Royal Palms is situated on western edge of our state park, which provides ultimate privacy. The balcony is a wrap which provides awesome views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. My favorite part about staying at the Royal Palms is the location on the beach!

HANGOUT/MUSIC PARKING PASSES ARE $175 EACH in May. Regular parking passes are $70 each.

Everything was perfect! Even with 6 adults, we had plenty of space. Very clean, well stocked kitchen for preparing meals, and a spectacular view from every room.

Location is the best part. Condo was only ok. Baseboards were dirty & furniture was dusty. Kitchen was stocked with cheap cookware/utensils & was lacking (i.e. only four full-size glasses). Bunk beds are not a standard size and are inadequate for anyone over 10 yrs old. Towels were very thin/cheap & some had holes. Overall, the owners clearly put in the minimum amount of required for maintenance/upkeep but charge a a premium to renters. Probably won’t stay here again or recommend it to others.

Great location with beautiful views of the Gulf and the Gulf State Park’s fishing pier! We saw dolphins from the balcony everyday. The beach area was very nice. The king size bed was super comfortable.

The condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the pier. The location was great and we liked the less crowded atmosphere of the beach. I was able to reach out to the owner and my questions were answered in a quick and timely manner. We hope to return in the future. Our family made great memories here.

Two bedroom condo served us well. Upon check-in the key lock did not work but host Tammy was there shortly and personally took charge and got a locksmith to change the lock and we were in shortly. Condo is an end unit euth great views and all you need for a great visit. Highly recommend.

Perfect for family of 5

Booked this condo last minute for our family of five for spring break. Because it’s a corner unit, you get beach views on two sides. Being next to the state park property, means the beach in front of this hotel was the least busy of all others on the stretch. Clean condo, comfy beds, plenty of pillows and linens. Well-stocked kitchen. We actually only ate out three times total in all our meals during our six night stay, because we enjoyed making dinner and eating on the balcony. Owner’s email included all the needed info and she responded to texts promptly. No complaints, we would book this unit again.

We had a great stay at the Royal Palm! Our unit was on the 9th floor with an amazing view of the beach and ocean from all rooms. Our host Tammy Brown was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will definitely recommend this location and hope to come back next year!

Perfect Family Getaway

My family and I had a great summer vacation at this condo and we were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks that were set off at the pier from the comfort of our balcony! We had a perfect view. Our only complaints were as follows: top bunk is a very tight squeeze with hardly any head room. We used the couch pull out instead because it was impossible for my 10 year old to get in and out of. No smart TVs in the condo - you cannot pull up Netflix so have to watch cable. Other than these minor flaws, we loved the condo and the beach front was perfect with less crowding since it’s on the end. I would recommend this property to others considering it!

My husband and I booked this short notice and did we luck out! Location is perfect! On the end of Gulf Shores and the beach is not overly crowded even with the state park nearby. You can also be in Orange Beach in 5 minutes! We will definitely be back! Everything you need is in the condo

Love Royal Palms

Everything described about our condo proved to be true. Kitchen was well-stocked, beds and linens were terrific. All appliances worked. Only one suggestion: the bathtubs needed more support like grabbars. We are a group of women over 70 yrs. old and need some security. The tubs felt slick and needed a mat or stickers on the surface. No one fell but we needed that extra support to feel safer. Tammy Brown was terrific to us. We’ll be back.

Best Vacation In 12 Years

Property was very well maintained beach was beautiful Beds were very comfortable.Texted owner and they responded immediately. Air conditioners worked great. Location was perfect to visit Orange Beach and Pensacola. Lots of things to keep the 7 year old granddaughter busy. Will make this our first choice for next year!

Very clean, great location

The location and views were excellent. It was spring break time and the condo was quiet. The beach area was very nice and the state park next to the condo made the beach seem pretty empty. The condo itself has just the basics (no hairdryer, minimal supplies to get you started) so you will have to bring or buy things - but otherwise the process was very easy and was a great place to stay and enjoy Gulf Shores.

Great beach location

It was a great location. The view from the 9th floor balcony was outstanding. The decor was old and outdated. The kitchen ware was garage sale quality at best. Some of the pots & pans and silverware were dirty. Bedspread, mattress pad, & pillow protectors were stained. Shower curtain had mold on it. The kitchen area is very small & found it to be quite tight for 2 people. Very disappointed the outdoor grills weren't gas. We were there 3 weeks and never saw anyone using the charcoal grills.

This condo was located right next to the state park so there is no there is plenty of room to spread out and no crowds. The condo is a very pleasant place and the owner was wonderful to deal with!
