Cruising the Coast & Festival/Holiday Weekends

We can only provide 2 parking permits per unit - strictly enforced. No trailers, RV's, over-sized vehicles that can't fit in a normal sized parking space.

For Cruising the Coast we have additional over-flow parking available next door which can be reserved in advance.

‱ Max occupancy of 9 is for all ages including children and infants (strictly enforced).

‱ Parking passes are for regular sized vehicles only; we can not accommodate over sized vehicles or trailers at this time, up to 2 permits.

‱ After you have a confirmed booking, we will need you to electronically sign a rental agreement and required HOA docs. We also require a copy of driver's license..

‱ Cable TV is not available in the building. All TVs are smart or have Roku devices and antenna are provided for local broadcast; streaming passwords are not.

‱ Surveillance cameras are present in al common areas of the building not limited to the lobby, breezeways, elevators, gym, pools, parking lot, etc.

Awesome!! Views from windows are OUTSTANDING

I’ve rented a lot of beach properties in multiple states but this one by far is the best!! The gulf can be viewed from every window in living and dining as well as two of the bedrooms! The master has a walk out to the balcony. When inside it appears as if the condo is floating on the water. Large kitchen, laundry room, and generous sized closets. The condo is very quiet, slept better than I have in months. 5-8 minutes from most Gulfport attractions. Would rent again over any other property!

Golf trip 2025

We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely condo. It was clean and comfortable and sitting on the balcony with friends was an extra bonus. All communications with management regarding any issues we had were resolved immediately. They were very helpful. We will definately return.

Great condo

The size and set up of the condo was great!! Very clean. Pool was nice though we couldn't toss a ball back and forth. Decor was great. Had all the kitchen tools needed. Everything worked well. The views were amazing!!! For this i would rate a 10 out of 10. It was a perfect size for our 6 adults 2 children!! The down side is that the road was loud. You could sit out on the patio and have a conversation but it was loud. The beach was not the best either lots of leaves and water was not very clear. We did find if you go down about a half mile past the pavilion there is a nicer beach where the water is crystal clear. Was a easy drive into new orleans.

Thanksgiving

Isaac was great to work with from start to finish. The condo suited our needs perfectly. We were able to fix Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed. It is in a great location and we loved it I had 24 hours security. The view from the balcony would make it worth the stay alone. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

Friends long weekend

This was great for our 3 couples. We had our own bedroom and attached bathroom. View of the gulf was wonderful each morning as we drank our coffee on the balcony. We had a great time and highly recommend this place!!

Beautiful, spacious condo!!! Our family had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend in this condo. The pool is beautiful and all of the other amenities are great too! We’ll definitely be back.

Family Getaway

We arrived Friday afternoon and stayed until Monday. The condo was very roomy and all the beds were comfortable. The ice maker in the fridge wasn’t hooked up to water so we had no ice. The pool outdoors was really nice and the pool furniture was very nice and sturdy. The hot tub was indoors so you couldn’t use the hot tub and immediately jump in the outdoor pool like we are used to doing. The indoor pool seemed a little stagnant, so we didn’t use it. It was nice that the building had 24 hour security.

Easter 2024

We enjoyed the fantastic view and my daughters enjoyed walking the beach and the sunsets. Doing our preparing to leave the morning of 4/2/24 we were doing our checks and discovered the top hinge on the right hand cabinet below the stove was unattached. This was the first time we opened this cabinet. I was going to report this to the person at the desk but the lady said she was not associated with the management. This was our 3rd time staying at Sienna have always enjoyed our stay, Thanks Glenn

Family Memorial Trip

Condo was nice, clean, roomy and met our needs. Our parents visited Biloxi 4-5 times a year. It was a favorite travel destination. Our father passed last year, we celebrated his life with our mom doing their favorite activities of visiting all the casino's. We had a memorable trip and enjoyed our stay.

Great...inside

Its clean, beautiful units, beautiful pools, beautiful views. But the road noise is enogh to drive you back in the unit, which is all but sound proof. Very nice people always said hi when you'd see them. All in all, our stay was fantastic, except the road noise.
