I told the front desk clerk that I was a retired disabled vet and I had my service dog with me. He asked me for "proof" that she was a service dog and I informed him that hotels and other places of business are not to ask. I told him I would like a top floor room (only 2 levels anyway) because I have "issues" with noises above me, especially at night. He said pets were only allowed on the first floor. I pointed out that my Golden was not a pet, but a service animal. He refused to accommodate my request so we stayed on the first floor and was bothered several times during the night. We left after one night even though we had paid for two nights. He was quite rude.

If you are cancelling a reservation and state that you call, 1 leave a voicemail and 2 don’t send an email asking how my check in is. Super loud. No elevator. Very inconvenient

Very clean and all items were functional (TV, heat/ac, shower) which is a BIG plus. Recent updates have helped the look but the hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. (carpet fraying, scraped furniture). Still, it's a decent place.

I am very happy with my stay so far. I called at 2:50 PM to ask if I could check in before 4:00 PM and the gentleman at the front desk told me to come in and he was more than willing to help me with my early check in and I appreciated that more than he’ll ever know! Check in process was short and sweet, very simple and my room is perfect. The king bed is so comfortable and I feel content here. Hoping to be able to book for the rest of the weekend it’s been that great. Thanks Days Inn for making my difficult week end with a safe, warm, and comfortable place to rest my head. ❤️
