It is very advantageously situated, being 5 mins from the city center by car and opposite the olympic stadium and aquatic center. It also has a City Park and City Outdoor Fitness Center and Thermal Spa and Walkway along the Danube within walking distance. The air is clean and the surroundings are very tranquil. There are a myriad of sporting, wellness and recreation possibilities within walking distances. There are also several shopping opportunitues. The city center is rife with pubs, boutiques and miscellaneous shops and its a pedestrian area, so you are mot bothered by cumbersome traffic. The University is just a stone's throw away as well as the Synagogue building and varied historical church building and schools.The Olympic Village us within eyesight as well as free city sport and recreational facilities.
