The hotel itself needs big improvements, our room had mold on the bathroom ceiling, the window was broken and we had to call someone to fix it so we could close it overnight. The cleaning was not the best, a lot of hairs left on the floor, cleaning staff are not coming all the times to clean, they didn’t come to our room for 2 days in a row even if we called the reception. The swimming pool at the 7th floor was not heated on a Sunday Morning, the sauna door is broken and doesn’t close properly.. The staff were great and helpful every single time, that is a bonus of this hotel. With one exception, the italian lady selling the Malta tours at the front desk. Please pay attention and ask what you’re getting for the price! She sold us €95 tickets to get to Gozo and Comino. But she never mentioned that the transport within the island is not included!! We got there and remained on the bay area for 2 hours. Location of the hotel is great, with easy access everywhere, Bolt is very cheap to travel around. I recommend going to Julian’s Bay and The point shopping centre, great area. The view from the hotel’s rooftop is great!

2 nights in Sliema

I stayed here for 2 nights. Was a big hotel and a nice big room. Had a swim in the pool at 7pm which was a bit dark but ok. Breakfast was really nice a big range of food. Bus stop across the road which was handy. I enjoyed my stay here.

Great location. Staff were all lovely and always helpful. Bar shut at 10pm which seemed very early. Rooms are good, daily clean. Breakfast is great with plenty of options though can get busy! Local area is easy to walk around and bus is right outside the main entrance.

The place was loverly room was great however the inside Pool was meant to be heated and it wasn’t and the jacuzzi was like warm, might aswell ran a bath and the sauna was broken

Cheap and cheerful!

We had a great stay the hotel is in a great location right on the sea front. Ideal for a budget weekend trip away, the room was fairly spacious and had a fairly comfortable bed and the staff were all very friendly. Only things that let it down were; lifts were small and slow, some black mould/damp in bedroom and bathroom and a broken tile but didn’t effect the use at all! The spa was very busy and main pool was cold but was supposed to be heated. Overall a good stay!
