My toddler needed her own blanket but they wouldnt let us have another. The fire alarm went off after I got my child to sleep. They left it blasting in my room and one next to me for half an hour to assess blame, accusations in the middle of the night for it to happen again in the morning. None of us smoke. We paid for sleep. That's all. And didn't let us sleep. There was construction that vibrated the walls starting at 5am. They failed at being a place to sleep.

We have stayed at this location numerous times and it was always outstanding, BUT this stay was not that! My bed was SO UNCOMFORTABLE! It had a large ditch in it and was VERY hard. Luckily, I was able to switch to the other bed halfway through the night. The room was VERY clean. BREAKFAST WAS BEYOND HORRIBLE! NOTHING was filled!!! There was no coffee, barely any bread, no muffins, no waffles and it was dirty. The milk was past the expiration date. It was EXTREMELY disappointing. I told the front desk clerk..she said...sorry. The breakfast person seemed unconcerned about getting anything filled. Everyone was so unhappy that people were on their phones ordering outside breakfast to be delivered. Very sad that such a great establishment was so disappointing this time.
