The house was perfect for our needs & the property manager is amazing!! The check-in was seamless & the house very clean. Each bedroom is a good size, decent size closest, a dresser and side tables, it was enough storage space for your belongings enough space so you aren't tripping around your luggage. Each bedroom has its own full size bathroom, very helpful. The kitchen, dining & family room area is a good size as well & great that it is an open space. We loved having our own private pool. The pool area got sun most of the day but not excruciating hot & the covered table was perfect. It was easy to get to Publix & Walmart to stock up on groceries or anything you need. Plus it is close to some fun restaurants. The overall location worked great for us, we spent most days in Winter Haven & Auburndale so the opposite direction of the Orlando crazy but also made it up that way a few times too. I think no matter where you stay in the Orlando area there is just a lot of traffic, especially certain times of the day. This would be a great house for a family getaway, enough space so you don't feel on top of each other & a great area for kids to work out some of that extra energy. The Balmoral Resort waterslides and bar & grill were closed for remodeling the time we were there but was supposed to open the day we left. It looked nice as we walked & drove by, if opened we probably would have spent a little bit of time there. We would stay again, thank you!!
