Modern Hotel in Great Location

Very modern decor. About 7 minute drive to historic district and ropeway. No restaurants in hotel but lots of eating choices within walking distance. Near train station. Our room had a free washer/dryer combination unit with detergent which we really appreciate as we were in the middle of a two week road-trip.

Very basic hotel. Clean and quiet. There are kettle facilities even a washing machine but no bottled water no tea or coffee sachets! All the usual things found in a room such as cotton buds etc are in the foyer. There is free tea and coffee from a vending machine in the foyer.

Great facilities, terrible service

The facilities and location of this hotel were great, but the front reception desk’s services and attitudes were terrible. As a largely non Japanese visitor , I asked for help with dinner reservations. On the first occasion, the front desk receptionist told me that she would not do it. On the 2nd occasion, another receptionist agreed to make a reservation and promised to get back to me within certain time frame, but she never did. And finally, when I asked for an extra pillow, I was told that there wasn’t any available at the hotel. However, when the service storage room was opened, there were many pillows sitting on the top shelf. All those deficiencies can be remedied with a slight improvement in hotel management.

This hotel has everything you need—delicious food options nearby (breakfast voucher for the morning market right outside provides delicious options for uni and scallop), walking distance to the shops in Kanemori, and the train station’s nearby. My favorite was the view from the lounge on the 17th floor. My room itself was spacious, had a washing machine (which I didn’t get a chance to use), deep/soaking tub, and a nice view as well. The hot springs on the 18th floor was a nice amenity. I’d stay here again, 100%.

숙소는 좋아요 위치도 좋고 컨디션도 좋고 방음도 다른 곳 보다 잘 되는편 인것 같고 괜찮은데 창문 열리지 않는 것과 직원들이 친절하지 않았던 점이 안타깝네요. The lodging was great. The location and condition were good, and it seemed to have better soundproofing than other places. It's a shame the windows didn't open and the staff weren't friendly. お部屋は良かったです。ロケーションもいいですし、コンディションも良く、防音も他の場所に比べてしっかりしている方だと思います。ただ、窓が開かなかったことと、スタッフが不親切だったことが残念でした。
