A wonderful getaway!

Quick midweek getaway
Publié le 4 août 2023 sur HomeAwayA business partner and I came to stay for a few days. We had a great time. Super peaceful and relaxed. The place was very clean and well maintained. There really is only one bedroom that is adequate for adults and probably why they call it the “couple’s cottage”. The upstairs loft has a sleeping area that would work for kids. I ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room and it was plenty comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great place for an Anniversary getaway!

Private and Romantic Mountain Cottage
Publié le 17 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayBeautiful! My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Fox Run at the cottage. Very private setting with a great except from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The home was full stocked, clean and cozy. Hot tub was clean was great watching the stars at night after hiking through the woods and exploring. There was plenty of wood for the fire pit. Great romantic setting with the cabin in the woods feel. Lots of privacy!
We look forward to staying again at Fox Run!

Absolutely perfect

Private is an understatement, if you don't want to see anyone else this is exactly where you want to be. Beautiful location and surrounded by nature. We booked here to get away and celebrate our 20th anniversary, it was a perfect choice. From quietly sipping coffee on the porch to soaking in the hot tub, we had everything we needed to relax and reconnect. The property owners have created a beautiful retreat and the secluded cottage is the crown jewel. Bring what you need for your stay and just don't bother leaving for the entire time. Enjoy exploring the trails and property, relax by the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub. Spend some time sipping coffee on the rocking chairs on the porch. Unplug, turn off devices (there is WiFi if needed and great cell signal outside), and spend time talking, making memories and simply enjoying each others company without distractions. We will definitely be back.
