Not worth the cost

The rooms look good at first glance, but then you realize that the shower nozzle won't stay in place, the floors in the room are dirty, the lamps don't all work, and the noise from other rooms and slamming doors jolt you out of bed. It felt like a homeless shelter that had been lightly renovated. Is that too harsh? Lol

We always encourage our guests to bring their concerns to the attention of the Manager on duty so we are able to rectify the issue while our guests are still with us. Once again, I would like to apologize for the disappointing stay you had with us. Please be assured that we are always seeking to satisfy the expectations of our residents. There are about 30 Restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. And yes, comparing a 4 star hotel to a homeless shelter is a bit too harsh. Nevertheless I hope to welcome you again in order to proof that we can do better,Best regards

parking options are very limited at the hotel only suitable for small cars.
no coffeemaker and oven in the room.
