Nice, clean property. Close to transit and middle eastern food options. The A/C in our room was not working and even with a visit from maintenance it was not fixed. We were offered a different room but was more of a hassle to change rooms with one night remaining in our booking. Overall a good stay. Note that the hotel restaurant menu is not up to date on the website.

Nice clean room but too much door slamming early in the morning. I’m a late sleeper and that really annoyed me. Bar staff wasn’t too friendly, don’t want to believe it was because we were the only black. The others got treated very well.

Great place for a stay in Hamburg. Room clean and comfortable. On-site self parking (€30 a night). Quick walk to the train station - we were able to easily explore the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, but probably not worth the price. Would stay here again.
