The hotel being next to the train station made getting around very easy. The room was quite small but well appointed.

Disappointing stay.
Posted Dec. 14, 2023 on HotelsDisappointed with the room, although it was clean, it was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room lacked facilities, no tea or coffee making, just a bottle of water.
IT WAS NOT A CHEAP ROOM at €110 per night.

May not be the best hotel in Hamburg, the staff was very friendly and gave me all the advise I need to stay pleasantly in Hamburg for just 1 day

This hotel had character, was centrally located, was very quiet and clean and not too expensive. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Location, location, location
Posted Oct. 17, 2023 on HotelsWe loved the location SO much! It is close to everything. The hotel rooms were fine. The only problem was getting to and from the room to the lobby and the breakfast room—it was up and down and round and round—it was a bit of a maze.
