Short night but this was 2nd time here. Happy that hotel offered the room with bathtub instead of just shower. Big space parking. Just extra pay which is not good.

Not suitable to visit the city

Very far away and difficult to access. Only way is by car, and the parking lot is extra payed - didn’t find that information in the announcement. If you want to visit Hamburg this is not a good place to be.

Our colleagues are happy to advise you on the reception. We the Leonardo Hotel Hamburg Stillhorn are not the owner we are just tenants of our parking lot. Therefore we have to pay a lease to the property owner. Also in the future we will not be able to waive the levying of a parking fee. Here we ask for your understanding. Manque de climatisation.

Un quatre étoiles avec une climatisation à l'arrêt avec un température extérieure de 34° ce n'est pas top. En plus au RDC compliqué pour dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte.

Short trip to Hamburg

Pour : Its position near the highway.
Contre : Food, towels, rooms that need refurbishment ...
Emplacement : Nothing much to do.
The common parts of the hotel are OK. The rooms though are aging and could do with some refurbishment. What I hate at Leonardo hotels in general are their thin towels and the fact that you have to pay for their parking. On the last day I had to leave early and was horrified that there was no hot water to shower.
