Never again!!!!!

Will never stay at this hotel again. Kids running up and down main hallway ( No staff at front desk available ) When bringing up matter to front desk on checkout , told "we are family friendly , so its expected Dogs in gym -when matter brought to staff when checking out , told "we are pet friendly" , so I assume I have to deal with it. Front desk staff seem to stay behind closed doors in their office since they aren't out front to greet people ( guess thats their way of not dealing with complaints or issues ) We had stayed at Sandmans suites out west and their staff and facilities were excellent Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!!!!!

My first room the air conditioner didn’t work so they moved me to another room and the tv didn’t work in the second room so Jerry moved me to a third room.Jerry checked each problem out personally.He ran the front desk and took 50% off of 1 of my 2 rooms. He was very nice because I didn’t ask for a discount

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay even more special. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The amenities were great overall, and I especially appreciated the hot tub after a long day. The only downside was that the chlorine level seemed a bit high, which made it less relaxing than expected. Still, that was a small issue in an otherwise fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I’ve stayed at many Sandman branches, but this experience has been unacceptable. I booked for 2 nights and had to change rooms twice because of cleanliness issues. When I asked for another change or proper cleaning, staff argued instead of helping. This is not acceptable service.

Group-friendly honest experience & highlights

The hotel is very good! I went with my friends as a groups trip and the comfort, cleanliness and location was 10/10. Since we were visiting Niagara & Toronto the fact that the hotel is located right in between made it super efficient for us to get to our destinations without reserving hotels on different locations. The service was fine, however you have to ask them for services in advance like more towels and room services since they don’t typically prepare extra towels or clean your room everyday. It’s a great group-friendly hotel and the accommodations around the hotel are fantastic like the Walmart and the drug store. Although we were disappointed that the hotel didn’t offer free breakfast, we still enjoyed the breakfast at Denny’s 🤗
