Room had an ocean view. The staff was great. Gerry was awesome and the bartenders are at the restaurant gave great suggestions on checking places out in New Hampshire.

Our room had been just painted and smelled so bad that we were unable to sleep in it. We tried opening the windows and staying out until 10 pm to allow it to air out, but after being in it from 10pm-12 midnight, we both had a headache. I asked for another room, they didn’t have one.

Is a nice place. Room was a little small but we were only there for a few days so it was fine. There is no smoking on the property at all which I was unaware of. I get no smoking in the rooms and crowded places but no smoking on the balcony with no one around seems a little crazy to me. I'm very respectful of other people and the property I am staying at so it was just a little frustrating that I couldn't enjoy a cocktail and a smoke on my balcony or anywhere else on the property.
