We requested for 2 extra pillows and the receptionist said she will send someone to our room, but nobody showed up.

Posted Oct. 14, 2023 on HotelsRoom was fine and updated/modern. Hallways under repair. Fitness room dont bother as most of the equipment is either broken or extremely flimsy and dangerous to use.
I felt sorry the most for the poor front desk personal. Only 1 person, quite often nobody at all. Line ups of over 60 mins checking people in etc ..They tried their best I will say, not their fault at all.
