The hotel is in a nice location, close to Train Street and maybe 10 minutes to the top of Hoan Kiem Lake. Thereâs a very nice âAustralianâ cafe across the road, some really nice cakes to be had.
The hotel staff, especially Katherine and Sebastian, were the best - they provided great recommendations for food and activities.
The rooms are quite spacious with a king size bed and nice bathroom, the shower is excellent, hot and strong.
Breakfast is great with savouries, fruit and pastries plus a range of other items. You can order eggs or omelettes - the only thing I would like to see is breakfast pho.
I would definitely stay here again.
All staff were so nice and helpful! Especially Sebastian at the front desk. His hospitality was up beyond. Everything r walking distance. We only took a grab taxi to Sky Lotte observation deck which only cost about CAD$3 one way.
Excellent Hotel. Staff extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great location.
Having stayed in hotels all over the world, I would recommend coming to Hanoi and experiencing this hotel. You wonât be disappointed
It was central to everything...
What i didnt like?
Was the muggyness! I could not wait to return back to the hotel room. 16 degrees all night,
Otherwise we wouldntve been able to sleep.
Thank you to Alex and Sebastian for your hospitality
Staffs were really friendly, every staff. They were very kind and helped us to stay safely and fully enjoy Hanoi. Thank you so much. I highly recommend!
Excellent service at this very comfortable, relaxed boutique hotel. Kathy helped us a lot with booking tours and advice on how to get the most out of our stay. Street-view rooms are not too noisy. Other rooms have little natural light. Good breakfast buffet.
