Everything about this hotel works perfectly. The location, rooms, staff and food are exactly right. The manager, Alex, is happy to "go the extra mile" to make sure that you have what you need and that you're well looked after. His team is friendly, helpful and all seem to be very happy. This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel, and it won't be my last. Location-wise, you are in easy reach of Hoan Kiem lake, good eating places and, if you're feeling brave, the train street. I just need to say and extra 'thank you' to Alex. I don't think the word 'no' is in his vocabulary and this attitude just takes the stress out of business travel in Hanoi. When a promised delivery failed to arrive, it was Alex who go on the phone to DHL to find out what was happening and then made sure that when it did eventually appear it was sent on to my next hotel in HCMC. Exceptional service. Sure, you can stay in grander hotels in Hanoi, but you can't get much better!

I would like to thank the staff for making my Vietnam experiences so memorable. From the minute we arrived till the minutes we left the hotel. the staff members were so helpful starting from welcoming us and providing us with all the guidance and help we needed. I would like to thank Anna for going above and beyond his duties for organizing our day trips, tips of the sites to visits, and transportation. Fantastic boutique hotel with every staff member so welcoming and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone. Great location as well. Comfortable beds and great Ac. Breakfast was so fresh as well Anna was very attentive an matre de in Restaurant was so lovely in the morning at our breakfast table remembering our names was a true sign of exemplary service.
