The room we stayed in had a weird smell to it, but the staff was kind and friendly and they were helpful!, was confused on how to connect our Netflix to the TV but it could have been us. Everything else was good!

Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety. Check-in process was super simple and it was conveniently located. However, the bathroom in our room was gross- hair and sticky goop all over the floor. We also used the pool and the pool room floor was just as if not more disgusting. Hair and random tumbleweeds everywhere. It clearly had not been mopped or even swept in ages. I saw a few reviews mentioning thin walls, but I think the issue lies more in the fact that the rooms have tile floors vs. carpeting. We could hear people walking around in the room above us throughout the night. If it weren’t for the cleanliness situation, our experience was good and we’d have stayed here again without a second thought.

I've never been in a room with very high ceilings before! Bed was comfy but their were some crumbs on it. Breakfast was ok but wish there was a waffle machine. Overall no serious complaints.

We had a great stay overall. The only issue we had was when asking to put rooms together we was told it would be fine. But when the second party checked in the room was on a different floor which is not together and would not work with us to get them together. Other then that everything was good

Staff is friendly and facility is clean, like new. Second time staying here since April and you can hear noise from street/highway if corner room. Also the entrance is odd.

We both enjoyed our stay. I thought shower hot water could have been and stayed hot longer. My boyfriend's said breakfast could of had a little more like waffles or pancakes. Other then that is was a very nice stay.
