The pictures on the website are not what the rooms look like. They say they have complimentary breakfast, but they don't. They say there is a Courtyard restaurant but it is closed. When we asked the staff about the restaurant, I was told "Oh, they are only closed today and tomorrow" Sat and Sun..........lol. The A/C was broken, so they had portable units and fans in the rooms. The hotel is very run down and not cleaned very well. Location is the only thing this hotel has going for it!!!!

Very poorly managed. And they lie about their services. The rooms extremely dirty and very hot and the AC not working. No sink soap. Has to ask for everything. Very cheap. I would pay extra and go somewhere else. Also all the people were checking out today had same complains and also there sent card not work to get your damaged deposit back. For me and a lot of people. Until no money back. Terrible place to stay I advice don’t stay

Great location, within walking distance to any Harrison attraction. The amenities are old, relatively clean (with except of mold on the shower area. The room and bed were relatively clean. Biggest issue was in the middle of summer not having air conditioning.

AC stopped working. They brought in a portable air conditioner. Bathroom ceiling was almost falling in. No pressure from the sink, however, the shower pressure was great. Would not recommend this place. Front desk staff were nice.

Not how it looked in the ad.

The lift was dirty and the floor in the reception area was dirty and looked nothing like the pictures in the Hotel.com ad also I have disability, and I phoned before we went to the hotel and told a person that we would need a room with two beds and disability bathroom and they said fine. When we got there was no room available and the only room with a disability bathroom had only one queen bed also they had to go and clean the room before we could use it and in the bathroom there was only one bar of soap and the bathroom had a door to fit a wheelchair through it had a bath in it not sure how you get a person in a wheelchair over the side of a bath. All in all, it was bad experience. We have pictures. we used a free room, and we would like it replaced as why should I reward a hotel that did not deliver.
