Look, it's a budget motel. I stay when ever I am passing through. Nice area, just off highway, food nearby. I am alway gone before breakfast so have no idea about that. Clean, bed is comfortable, TV large with adequate channels but nothing special, has always been quiet for me. Coffee in room so I can shower, brew and go in the morning. Bright outddoor lighting for your car but blockout blinds keeps the room dark. Nothing fancy.

Room should be cleaner(pain) towels should be washed- cover on one of the bed was ripped- 1 dead cricket in the room. I visit harrissonburg 4 to 5 times a year - I will not stay with you guys again.

The room was very clean and comfortable except for the shower, it was cramped and small. I'm 5ft 4in and it made me feel like a giant, I had to duck under the shower head to fit.

I paid what I had to for Family Weekend at JMU, but this hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Cigarette burns in the comforter, shower head broken, stained towels, ironing board cover filthy, funky smell. The only good things were the mattresses were ok and the coffee was good. I would never stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights during family weekend and was shocked at the cost — $375 a night for what felt like a basic motel stay. Nothing about the rooms, service, or amenities justified that kind of price. Overpriced and underwhelming. Definitely would not return or recommend.
