Lovely food, the breakfast was excellent. Great deals with Expedia make it a very nice place to stay in Harrogate.

Our room was ‘tired’ and in need of upgrading. The toilet cistern was very poor and flushing was poor. The deep bath caused a problem getting in to use the shower. Grab handles are needed. Wi-Fi was very poor in the room, the signal regulary dropped. £15 to park your car is so expensive!

We are so sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your stay in full and would like to assure you that it has been passed onto the relevant department. If you have mentioned something to any of our team members, we could have do something about your room. With regards of the car parking charge, we have looked into your account and there is no any records of paying for car parking. Also the Hotel being situated in the heart of Harrogate, having a secure space is coming with a small price. There’s also other alternatives where our guest can park like either in any of the streets around the Hotel and it is free of charge in between 6pm and 8am in the following morning or there is couple of multi-storey car parks nearby. Great! Lovely rooms, roll top bath. Nice cocktails at the bar. Great breakfast. Great location. Female italian receptionist on the desk was really helpful and friendly.
