The way the staff handled our checkout.Around £ 340-00 put on our bill for food and wine we didn’t order.Problem finding £150-00 deposit paid for Christmas Day lunch.The lady on reception was very rude and unhelpful it took a lot of convincing that we had paid a deposit and not ordered the other food and wine.Love the hotel but checking out ruined our Christmas the receptionist needs to be more customer friendly

Harrogate Stay
Publié le 18 déc. 2023 sur HotelsHotel is very good, however our room on the first floor had the air con/kitchen extraction units just outside our window creating a noticeable hum/noise throughout our stay, not the best ambience. Also coffee pod machine in room didn’t work. This was reported to reception at 5.00pm but to no avail as it wasn't replaced/fixed during our stay.
