I booked this hotel for my mom to stay for 5 days 4 nights. She absolutely enjoyed her stay and the breakfast buffet was amazing according to her. She also mentioned that the location was centralized but away from the bustling side so she had very peaceful and quiet rest at night. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and making my mom so happy throughout her stay. 😊

Publié le 18 janv. 2024 sur HotelsCheck in time is 2.00pm but was delayed due to room cleaning. Maybe while waiting for the room to be ready, the hotel can prepare some welcome drink and snacks. That would improve the service level.

Publié le 4 janv. 2024 sur HotelsRooms were not cleaned well. The Junior Suite was dusty, the moment we entered into the room, we started sneezing. The sofa was extremely dusty and the wardrobe. You can actually see the dust layer on the sofa.
I requested for an extra towel and the housekeeping said it was chargeable!
The breakfast was out. Food served was cold, there were no warmers under the serving dish.
