Amazing hotel

Posted Feb. 14, 2024 on HotelsIt is good for us as we rent car from airport. From airport to hotel takes about 45 mins depends on traffic. My 4 kids enjoyed the serene environment and gym.
It will be better if there's a 7eleven outside the hotel.😆

This is a relatively new facility. Overall the staff are very efficient and helpful. Our room was very clean, modern and comfortable. It is quite a distance from the town centre and we needed to taxi there. A couple of things that we didn't enjoy was one night there was quite a bad odour when we went out onto the deck. The second concern was that we had some laundry done and dry cleaning requested. The dry cleaning was for a new mend sport jacket that specifically said on the instructions dry clean only. The hotel laundered it and it was ruined. They accepted it was there error but would only pay TB2000. The jacket cost more than TB18000. Much of the returned ironing was very poor and we needed to re-iron items.

The hotel staff is friendly, but we have been waiting for 1.5 hours for the room availability. Breakfast is in buffet style and have various varieties.

The pace was amazing. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel room is clean and spacious. Will visit again. Love the spa and massage.
