Poor management, clean roo

Room was clean but the door would stick and had to be kicked at the foot to open. Management placed me across the hall from a guest with service dog that barked at every noise in the hallway. When asked if I could change rooms, they said nothing was available while 5 minutes earlier they had said I multiple floor choices during check in

We loved the customer service. Front desk check in staff was great! The room on the other hand was borderline average. Not very clean and smelled really bad. The front desk gave us dryer sheets to help with the stench. Didn’t do anything at all. The fruit in the breakfast area should have been thrown out….very old!

Great but needs new TV

This hotel had almost everything i like about a hotel in this area. Close to everything. The room smelled good the whole stay. They had hard water, premium channels and Netflix option, comfortable bed. Only issue room 107 (handicap room) was the TV needed replaced as pixel bulbs were dead in 7 spots.
