There were people smoking in the adjacent room(s) to mine causing me to have a horrible continuous chest cough, swollen eyes, sneezing and a runny nose. There were screaming children in the wee hours of the morning. I was on the first floor and the first option for ice is on the third floor even though there is a restaurant and bar on the first floor. The front desk had no idea whether I could order breakfast to my room. I had to order Cracker Barrel through Grubhub and have it delivered to the hotel even though the restaurant opens for breakfast at 6am, no one was standing there ready to serve.

Excellent hotel , close to campus for the game , very quiet safe area seemed like , excellent restaurants in walking distance. The Midtowner for breakfast is best breakfast I’ve had in long long time . Highly recommend hotel .
