The apartments come with everything you could need from home. All cutlery and cookware down to a peel, strainer, and measuring cups! There is a washer and dryer even. The environment is quiet and the staff is pleasant and friendly. Having a local grocery store across the street is a big plus.

Happy Hour was great with great service, good food and bar tender was a great sever! Room was clean and kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. our room had the best ocean view. Front desk employees were very helpful when needed. The Concierge, Linda helped sign us up for all our events

The resort was absolutely beautiful, set along the shore line. Perfect for beach days with wonderful pills and hot tubs to match. I love the apartment style living it provided along with the washer and dryer. I was able to come back home to clean laundry and able to unpack and relax. Making the trip extra relaxing. Everything you may need is at the hotel or within walking distance besides sightseeing. The resort has a shop, spa and fitness area in it. They provide filtered water in the lobby and the opportunity to book excursions at the front desk. Across the street is a grocery store and bar for late night pizza and nightlife. Next door is a good truck station providing a variety of yummy eats, all within walking distance.

room was clean, staff was awesome had a great time until I was contacted by speedy shuttle the morning of my return flight. They had the wrong time of my flight which would have made me miss my flight, then they stated that they did not have a driver at an earlier time and I would have to make my own way to the airport. They stated that they would not give me a refund because it was up to expedia to reinburse me, I paid for a pick and return to the airport and they would not honor that. I am not happy with them and it cost my 100 dollars to get a cab to the airport, now I am out of the money I paid in good faith.

All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Always had a smile. From the porter helping us with luggage to the patient front desk staff with all our questions, to the bartender. Unsurpassed location on the beach with direct line sunset views.

The stay was amazing. They were able to accommodate early check in and late check out. They were also able to upgrade our room (good timing for us)! The staff was very nice and professional. Special call out to the individual working the towel cabana who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Front desk staff was also great. Pools were fun. Our proximity to the beach was amazing! We had a great stay.

This Good rating would have been much higher if I didn't get slapped in the face at my checkout with the hidden resort and parking (per day) fees...which neither Expedia or the hotel made me aware of until checking out...very, very, very disappointed with this serious slap in the face!!! These are shady and non-transparent business practices. On top of this insult was a very costly room cleaning fee!!! I have never even heard of this!? PLEASE ENSURE YOU DISCLOSE THE HIDDEN PER DAY RESORT FEE UP FRONT!!!! CAN'T TELL YOU HOW MUCH OF AN INSULT THIS WAS!

Pools are old, like 1980s old. Both pools need to be completely redone. Other then the pools, for the price this a great place to stay or base out. Food trucks(8-10) less then 5 min walk. Grocery store across the street from food trucks. On the north end of city, quiet not much going on

Beautiful. I will look to stay there again. It is not connected to the other resorts just south but it is a short walk to the "boardwalk" and to Kaanapali Beach, just ask the staff. Food trucks, grocery, restaurants and shopping next-door. Beautiful location. Skip the restaurant on site, wasn't great.
