This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is in a quiet cul-de-sac with a fantastic view of Lake Greenbriar and comes fully equipped to make your vacation one to remember. A private boat dock with screened in boat house comes with 4 kayaks for water fun, including swimming, fishing, and exploring. A sun-room in the main house is perfect for morning coffee and eagle-watching.
Deer roam the property making this the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying nature. Three large screen TVs are located in the family room and bedrooms, and the living room and master bedroom feature romantic fireplace. A large dining table will accommodate your big family gathering.
Aqua Vista is close to a swimming pool, an 18-hole golf course, and restaurant, all on the Holly Lake Ranch property, and available to you as our guests. Other fun activities such as tennis, pickle ball, mini golf, shuffleboard and disc golf available. Within a short drive, you can go antique exploring in Mineola and Gladewater, and for those who love flea markets, Canton is a once-a-month event about one hour away that you won't want to miss.
