Family beach house in stunning Winda Woppa Hawks Nest

Located in an ideal spot on Winda Woppa 50 metres to Jimmy's Beach to the left and 50 metres to the Myall River to the right. The beach entrance is located directly at the end of the street.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, one bathroom being an ensuite to the main bedroom. Upstairs there is a large open plan kitchen with dishwasher, lounge and dining that leads onto a large balcony with a BBQ and comfortable furniture. On the third level, there is a loft area with 3 further beds.

There is a DVD player with a range of DVD's for your use as well as a number of games to keep you and your family entertained.

This property is perfet for 2 families holidaying together with a playground located at the end of the street.

There are 2 driveways on the property and plenty of room to park a boat with the boat ramp only 300m down the road.

Local clubs and restaurants offer complimentary courtesy buses to their restaurants and bars.

Enjoy the beautiful beaches, the river and all the Hawks Nest has to offer!

We loved our stay in this absolutely gorgeous part of the world. The house was super clean with all the amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, required for a relaxing stay. The lounge area was just perfect for indoor/outdoor living with floor to ceiling window views of surrounding trees. Out host Megan was incredibly responsive. Would loved to have stayed longer.

Fabulous Location

Would definitely come back. Great base for exploring beaches and back roads, then returning to relax by the fire. Well appointed with everything you possibly need to make your break enjoyable. Thank you Megan :-)

Great for a ladies retreat

Beautiful location. Great price in June for a ladies retreat. Only two bathrooms but the showers are hot and clean. Beds are comfy and the open plan of the main floor means everyone is connected. Upstairs was hot after a night of the wonderful fire, but soon cooled down. Would recommend fixing the curtain rail in the upstairs loft, or even finding a way to cover the top, just to give a bit of darkness for the space to sleep. Plenty of beds and great location. Only a twenty minute walk to a coffee shop and general store. Plenty of geocaches to find along both the river and the beach.

Great Property, very short walk to lake and awesome kid friendly beach

Plenty of room and beds, we had a group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) and we never felt cramped at all. Spacious upstairs deck off the living area and a great size kitchen. Shops only a short 2 or 3 min drive. The beach was great for the young kids as there where no waves and really calm and enjoyable. Will be back for sure.

Awesome short break with the Family

We had an amazing time at Winda Woppa - Hawks Nest. It is in such a beautiful location, just a short stroll to beautiful Jimmy’s Beach which was great for a relaxed swim in the calm water. Just a short drive and you can swim at the surf beach as well (best of both worlds). We enjoyed trying new restaurants for lunch and diner as there are quite a few places in Hawks Nest and Tea Gardens to choose from. The house was great, lots of room for our family of 4. We would like to get back there with friends at some stage as there is more than enough room for 2 families. Thank you Megan, your home/location was just what we were looking for.

Great position close to the beach, which has to be one of the best in Australia, especially for children. Excellent property with plenty of beds for a large family or group of people. We had a great 2 days and will most certainly return.

Great house in a great location

We had a fun trip, great house for two families. Kids loved it, they had a great time fishing, playing on the beach & exploring on their bikes. We’d definitely go back to this house again.

Charming A frame house with fireplace. Plenty of room for 9 of us. Gorgeous area. Very relaxing.

We had a very relaxing weekend away in this charming house. There were 4 adults and 5 kids but this house can easily fit 3 more people. We didn’t use one of the bedrooms! Fireplace was fantastic. Even though it rained for most of the weekend, we still had a great time. Did a 1000 piece puzzle, played board games, went fishing and for walks in the surrounding streets. So close to the beach and the river. The kids were able to have lots of freedom. Megan was very helpful and contactable at all times. We will definitely be back!
