Ripped off! Terrible Customer Service!

We had reservations for 2 nights, 2 rooms. Pre paid, with receipt. When arriving, Dawn could only find a reservation for 1 room. Refused to acknowledge my pre paid receipt, and was very rude! To the point i was embarrassed in front of other customers. Then only printed me out a cancellation for 1 room. I now have over 600$ charge on my credit card that i have to deal with. I have never seen worse customer service! She even laughed at me at one point. I would not, and will not reccomend this hotel!

The hotel seemed fine, but I was a little frustrated because I requested connecting rooms which we did not get. We got here late and when I checked in, they gave me a room keys, which had a different room number written on the card so I asked if it was correct and she said yes and when we got to our room, the keys did not work so I had to go back down to the front desk. Then I use the bathroom and looked in the tub and it was absolutely disgusting. Like the bottom of it hadn't been cleaned, and there were pubic hairs still in there from the last person who stayed in the room. Needless to say I'm pretty grossed out.

The hotel is updated and looks nice, but there’s no hot water. It’s lukewarm at best. I asked the front desk attendant about it and she said “we have issues with that when the hotel is full.” They also were out of towels, so we had to use pool towels, which are small and thin.

I've stayed here multiple times over the past 2 years and my last 2 stays have been horrible. The TV doesn't allow you to hook up a game system or firestick nor does it allow you to cast from my phone. Water pressure was bad. The staff is nice, and that is the nicest thing i can say. After my most recent stay i will not be back.

Worse that sleeping in a barn

This hotel is located in front of a farm where the smell of fresh manure was so overwhelming that it permeates the room. Totally disgusting. In addition, the bathroom floor was covered with a rubber mat that hid the warped floor and loose flooring material. This room should not be allowed to be rented until the floor is fully repaired at the hanficap-designed shower eliminates leaking from the shower. I used my key cash to pay for the room and literally paid nothing. At that, it was too much to pay. I really think my key cash should be restored.

This was a very nice hotel for the night I was there. Close to restaurants and that helps if you are not familiar with the area. Front desk was friendly and ready to help. I will stay there again!

Room had comfortable beds and nice bedding. Shades were nice and blocked out all the light. Sadly there was a smoke alarm or something that had a bright light flashing every min or so through the night, making me wake up frequently. The air conditioner was also very loud.
