The room was very clean and spacious! The restaurant was nice and convenient. Kinda wish the hotel room had a tv, but we had our tablets and phones so not that big of a deal

Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. I loved that I could do laundry and leave my luggage at the place for free once I checked out. Only drawback was my room was on the 2nd floor right next to the street, which was kind of noisy.

Fantastic stay. Would definitely stay again. Very spacious rooms, comfortable in every way. Great facilities at the property. The only downfall was the mould in the shower due to the shower design and the poor falls of the floor meaning water sits for extended periods on the shower floor.

The room was spotless. The washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven so helpful during a week long stay and the shared kitchen common room a blessing for a solo traveller. I misplaced the key at an art gallery cloak room, and the Noli staff were so kind and unjudgemental. They solved it immediately. And the ability to store luggage safely before and after check out was incredibly civilized. I will be recommending to friends and definitely will stay again

Check-in wasn't smooth. It was outside their regular check-in hours so I had to check in on the tablet. For some reason the tablet asks which channel you booked through. However, my choice of channel did not work with the booking reference. After a few frustrating minutes of trying and failing to check in, I called the number on the sticker on the tablet. A lady answered the phone but then the line got disconnected. I called again. She told me to select "noli studios" on the tablet even though I did not book through Noli studios. It was the worst check in experience I've had so far. The studio was fine. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was quite small and didn’t comfortably fit 2 (small) people. There were no electricity outlets next to the bed. There was an extension box on the radiator near the foot end of the bed. I strongly recommend installing some electricity outlets next to the head end of the bed.

Our overall stay at Noli was excellent. Check-in was seamless. The room was clean and modern, amenities were on-point for a short-term vacation stay, breakfast at the nearby restaurant was great, location was close to the city, and most importantly for us is that we get to store our luggage safely and conveniently at no cost while killing time before our flight out of Helsinki.
