Dommage que les matelas en scandinavie dans les hôtels soient aussi fin et donc non confortable

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Propre et très bien placé dans le centre d'Helsinki. En raison de la grève de Finnair nous avons du annuler notre dernière nuit (non remboursable), nous avons informé l'hôtel lors de notre check in en espérant qu'ils nous donneraient peut être un petit surclassement... on a rien obtenu... alors on n'a pas annulé la chambre dans le système :)

Hôtel et petit déjeuner au top
Publié le 2 févr. 2024 sur HotelsLa chambre et la literie sont supers, les lumières d'ambiance sont vraiment un plus. Le petit déjeuner est un de ceux avec le plus de choix que nous avons pu faire et vraiment très bon. L'hôtel est idéalement placé.
Seuls bémols : telle que la tradition en Finlande, le sauna est séparé homme/femme, dommage lorsque l'on voyage en couple, et le personnel à la réception assez froid.

Bien placé et confortable

Petit déjeuner très varié (beaucoup de monde les jours où nous y étions ca faisait un peu fourmilière).
Chambre spacieuse et literie très confortable.

Personnel assez peu agréable pour renseigner les clients de l'hôtel. Chambre très simple sans beaucoup d'équipement, pas de machine à café, de bouilloire, pas de placard. Les plats chauds du petit-déjeuner sont servis froids. Beau sauna, hôtel central au coeur de la ville
