Rooms were clean but very warm. We also couldn’t get the television to work. We were offered a room change which helped with the television issue and was slightly cooler. After the first night we found a fan available for use which solved that issue. We were concerned our first night because there was rap type music playing in the lobby but the rest of the stay the music was appropriate and pleasant. Staff were very efficient and hospitable.

Vi ramte desværre den uge, hvor der blev afholdt en større hundemesse i Messecentret, så hotellet var næsten udelukkende fyldt med gæster med hunde. Det betød, at der på gangene lugtede ret meget af hund, og der var en del hundehår rundt omkring i fællesområderne. Det trækker oplevelsen lidt ned, da vi ikke var forberedte på det. Selve værelset var dog både rent og pænt, og seng samt puder var virkelig gode at sove i, så komforten på værelset var helt i orden. Alt i alt en fin overnatning, men tidspunktet for besøget gjorde oplevelsen mindre god end den kunne have været
