The only issue I had was trying to turn on the shower. The handle was turned off so tight, it wouldn't move! I finally used my brute strength! Ha ha! Otherwise it was very nice. I would stay there again.

Lady at the desk at check in wasn’t super friendly. Missed breakfast so can’t speak to that. Pool was good-our kids enjoyed it. Was happy they kept it open til 11. Air was cold. Beds were comfortable.

Overnight after a Hershey Bears hockey game. Always try to stay here when in Hershey. The service is great and the people are wonderful. Also like the chocolate smell throughout the lobby.
