Hi Tim, I do apologise for this as we should always have basic amenities readily available. We do always have spares at reception so I hope when you reported this you were given adequate enough replacements. Sorry again. Kind regards, General Manager

A little let down by receptionist.
Publié le 16 mars 2024 sur HotelsLovely stay but disappointed by the older lady on reception who was not at all welcoming Very brusque, no welcoming greeting and no information given regarding leisure facilities etc. The other younger lady on reception was telling another couple what was available and how to access it in an extremely pleasant manner.
Otherwise we had a lovely stay and made the most of the leisure facilities!

We had a nice stay, the food was lovely.
The leisure facilities could do with an update. We enjoyed using the pool and steam room but it was a pity the sauna was out order.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of disappointing.i didn’t even stay I checked straight back out it was filthy From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the establishment was outdated and poorly maintained. The room I was assigned to was uncomfortably cold, and the state of the bathroom was appalling – I wouldn't be surprised if the mold had its own lease agreement.
To make matters worse, the pool area was far from inviting; it was downright disgusting. The pool itself seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and to my horror, the changing room was infested with slugs. Needless to say, I promptly turned around and left without even considering a dip, got my bags and booked another hotel!
In conclusion, I strongly advise against booking a stay at this hotel Its deplorable conditions make it an unsuitable choice for any traveler seeking a comfortable and hygienic accommodation experience.

Comfy bed, no atmosphere, very cold food!
Publié le 14 févr. 2024 sur HotelsRoom was comfortable enough but the food standard was very poor - i would compare it to McDonald's, very low quality & served colder than room temperature. When i complained about this the food was replacedin full, but still to the undercooked standard & had obviously been nuked to death in a microwave to ensure the temperature was burning hot to the mouth. Breakfast wasn't any better, buffet style & all precooked and reheated but still cold, in fact the cold milk fot the cereals was warmer. For the pricepaid for bbem (£87.50), i for one will notbe booking here again.

Nice, clean and welcoming place to stay
Publié le 26 janv. 2024 sur HotelsVery nice and comfortable hotel with some great foods on the menu. Room clean and spacious. Only issue we had was the jacuzzi was cold and the changing rooms could do with some heating, but it was January. All in all a nice place and I will be visiting again
