We loved the hotel but big time disappointed that the pool wasn’t available to use. My kids were looking forward to it. We also weren’t offered any off our room because of it. I will be checking next time we stay that the pool is available before we come. I will use another hotel if it’s not. Everything else was great!

Was very clean inside.
They keep sidewalk clean of snow..
Breakfast had lots of options even gluten free.Food was fresh and had good flavor.
Jen was awsome helping me out with a taxi service and list of place that would deliver even in the snow .
Will be back .

The property and hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Easiest check-in I've ever experienced!
