Beautiful property. Primitive service. No reception area/office. poor communication. But spectacular beach! Food and service at the casual restaurant is great

I stayed here with my family and booked two separate rooms with a pool and although the views were beautiful, they stay itself was very uncomfortable. We arrived and immediately there was bo electricity, no wifi, no AC because of the lack of electricity. I had to manually turn the lights on and off. We had little options of food, they were always running out of food and we basically had to eat the same dish over and over again. I repeatedly had to asl for help, I had no phone service, couldn't communicate with the staff. It was disappointing because the property looked so pretty.

Hola buen dia Daniela, we are really sorry about your bad experience at Imanta but as mentioned on your arrival day, the hotel was hit and damaged by the hurricane one night before you arrived, due to that natural event all the area of Puerto vallarta and Bahia de banderas presented electricity and telephonic outage throughout the whole week and even today there are still some issues. previous your arrival the General manager contacted you and mentioned that the hotel was not in good condition and asked you if you wanted to proceed with your arrival. we want to apologize due the natural disaster that is out of our hands. Regarding food and beverages I will find out what happened due there is menu with many options.

The employees were friendly and the views were beautiful. I am just not able to give a good review because I felt deceived by the resorts and its accommodations and amenities. I booked 2 separate stays for the same party, total of 5 people and it was very expensive for what it actually is worth. Upon arriving we had no service on our phones, no wifi, no TV, no electricity and no AC due to no electricity. I had to turn on the electricity manually and climb up to the closet to switch it on and off. They had no food options, when ordering we were forced to eat the same 2 dishes the entire time. It was very disappointing.

Absolutely wow!! This is in paradise. Can’t stress enough how absolutely stunning this resort is. Right at the ocean, yet in the middle of the jungle. Stunning private villas (not just rooms), epic views, super tranquil, only a handful of people around as it’s a boutique resort on a huge property. Just wow. Great food and drinks and fantastic service. This is a VIP experience, hands down. Thank you, Imanta!

The Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel can be a private beach jungle dream. Restaurants are outstanding, and the silence and privacy takes the win over any big resort. Definitely going back.
