HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk in 15 minutes, or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from Greenwood Forest. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

July 2015 Stay

We loved staying in the house. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, nice pots and pans and sharp knives, which made cooking so much easier. The house was nicely decorated and pleasant to be in. Our teenage boys were able to bike to the beach, Harbor Town and South Beach, as the house is very centrally located. Beverly and her staff could not have been nicer.

Beautiful Home

This home was simply beautiful. Extremely clean, very well organized (I am a neat nick..) lovely newer bathrooms and well thought out furniture placement. Great dining area, new kitchen and super simple tv system. Everything in the home was clearly labeled, right down to having its own Spotify playlist (nice touch). Clear instructions for every single thing you could imagine, easily accessed. All in all, we loved it and were very impressed with this company. We have been staying in vacation properties for 20 years, this is by far the best so far. As a side note, easy communication with the rental company for any questions or problems (we had none ) was a great idea.

Even though it was a last minute booking, BestNest did not miss a beat when it came to making sure we had all the information we needed and that the house was at attention when we arrived. An unexpected storm back home on the west coast caused us to have to stay in HHI for an extra day and the team at BestNest was so accommodating and allowed us to extend our stay in the house until our flight left the following day. We couldn’t have had a better experience and will absolutely look to stay in a BestNest rental again in the future!

Great House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house! The house was immaculate & nicely decorated/furnished. The kitchen was well-stocked & we appreciate not having to bring our own paper towels, tp & the like as so many online rentals are necessitating these days. Beds were very comfy. We brought our goldendoodle & you would never know this was a pet-friendly rental (in the best way possible)....super clean & no hint of dog smell! We enjoyed the location & being there in the off season was nice so you can park in the beach club lot. The box of snacks was a really nice touch! The only small con was i didn’t like having to stop at the rental agency to pick up door code & sea pines pass....if that could be handled in advance prior to arrival on island, all would be perfect. We would definitely stay here again.
