Beachwalk 174 - Shipyard 3BR/3.5 BA Townhouse

Beachwalk 174 has wireless internet, a recently updated bathrooms. One of the 3 baths has a walk-in shower. Lovely decor, and all of the comforts of home with a flat screen TV in every room. This two-story townhouse across the street from the Sonesta Hotel which offers food & beverage options. Beachwalk 174 sleeps up to 8 people - King in the master, twins in bedroom 2, twins in bedroom 3, plus a sleeper sofa. There is a Gas Grill off the back patio for cooking those nice summer meals! 174 Beachwalk is located within the gated community of Shipyard, a private gated residential and resort community. This complex is a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the Van Der Meer Tennis Academy. The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination of 9,18 or 27 holes available to play. Just outside the Shipyard gates you will find a wide selection of shopping and dining. Shipyard is the perfect location to grab your bicycle and stroll through the beautiful landscaped bike paths all throughout the community. For larger groups - please consider another 2 or 3 bedroom unit on our program at Beachwalk to pair with your stay in #174.

Spontaneous trip to the beach

It was perfect location, not a bad walk to the beach. The deck was more open not heavily wooded so we got a nice breeze. The unit was great for us with 2 icing spaces.

Needs major improvements

(Popcorn) Ceiling was falling off in master bedroom, mold in small bathroom downstairs. Very old carpet and full of stains. There were few bikes in the storage, but all had flat tires and no pump, nor codes for bike locks, so basically useless. When I emailed property management about them, I never got the response.

Spacious and Easy Walk to the Beach

So glad we chose this condo! Lots of room for the 6 of us. So many appliances, utensils, and dishes in the kitchen—made it easy for us to eat all of our meals in—which gave us more time for biking and the beach! Biking in the plantation is super shady w/ lots of bird & reptile sightings. Pool is nice and clean, and short walk to the beach w/ shower-off-sand area at the beach access. Would definitely stay here again with a large group.

Lots of room, extra living room, lots of kitchen appliances, 4 bathrooms, gorgeous view and only 4 minute walk to beach or one minute bike! Better cleaning and maintenance would be a big plus!

Good location - short walk to beach, close to shopping and restaurants. Nothing fancy, but a good, comfortable place to stay. Property mgr was easy to work with for checkin/out.

Spacious property in a prime location

This unit was perfect for our group of 3 couples, a teen and a baby. Loved the kitchen open to the family room. The back deck and outside area (with new gas Weber grill) on the golf course was ideal. Easy walk or bike ride to beach! Decorating is definitely outdated, with some peeling wallpaper. This did not detract from our group thoroughly enjoying Beachwalk 174!

Covid getaway

We really enjoyed the stay! The community is amazing! The beach is a short walk down the bike path and the pool is nice size and less than five minutes away. The condo was clean and everything worked well, although it is in need of being updated. The carpet is old and there appeared to be some mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom. We appreciate the ability to rent for less than a full week. We would definitely come back.

Good stay and walking distance to beach

The stay was good. Some good points about property are very nice community, great location with walking distance to beach. The outdoor patio and grill was a bonus. We did face some issues, one guest bathroom did not have hot water and the bath tub in other was clogging. The property rules mentioned to start dishwasher before check out but we weren’t supplied with dishwasher soap. Some basic extra supplies such as coffee, sugar, salt, extra kitchen towel roll and scrubber to clean dishes if dishwasher soap was not provided would have helped, specially for longer stay of 4-5 days.
