Swimming in the community pool, fishing, crabbing, and beachcombing, are just a few of the many activities waiting to be enjoyed. Exceptional access to championship golf courses, tennis, parks with playgrounds, miles of bike paths and white sandy beaches. Entering the villa, you will notice the beautiful furnishings and coastal decor in the open concept living and dining areas. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. With comfortable furnishings in the living room and a flat screen television, you are sure to relax after a long day of exploring. This area is open to the dining table, seating six guests.

Relax on the lovely balconies with amazing marina views. The wide-open air space is great for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors at the patio set. For some real adventure, take the island bike paths throughout the Marina for wonderful shopping and dining or ride over to nearby beaches to watch the dolphins frolic in the water!

I have nothing bad to say about this rental. The size and layout are exceptional and the master bath shower is extraordinary! The view is lovely and the proximity to the pool and the boardwalk at Shelter Cove — and all the restaurants and shops — is amazing. Working with Trident was seamless. I would recommend this villa to anyone.
