I was pleasantly surprised that my stay was so enjoyable. It was just for a few nights but I had fresh towels each day and the breakfast was included. Maybe not a luxury place but for the price it was great.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. There were many options at breakfast, so everyone in my family found something they liked. The hotel was conveniently located near places to eat and shop. Definitely close enough to walk to the beach!

Staff unfriendly, no acknowledgment of platinum status. Parking in their parking lot $10. Room tiny. Beds and pillows terrible. Shower valve bad and hot water only warm. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Floating night stand pulling away from wall so objects placed on top would slide off. Tv remote didn’t work. Terrible!

The room and staff were great, however when we checked into our room, we were told of the $10.00 a day fee for parking which came as a shock to us. Everything else was great including the breakfast bar served each morning.

Didn't appreciate the unexpected charge to park on the gravel outside. I've stayed at expensive hotels with parking garages and they don't charge you to park. Plus when comparing prices on Hotels.com and similar sites, you don't expect to show up and be told the price is different.
