A little bit of Heaven!

She sent us details on everything from directions from the airport to restaurants and activities. We had an issue with the dryer and reached out to her (while she was on vacation!) and she responded immediately. We could not have been happier and would definitely recommend this villa!

Perfection

Owners were excellent communicators and provided wonderful suggestions to help make the most of our stay. We will definitely be back! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer.

Oh my!! If your only regret is that you didn't stay longer, then I guess that is as great a compliment as we could receive. Thank you! We do strive to keep our home in tiptop condition and provide some tips of some of the things to do on the Island. Wish we could take credit for the views, but that is provided by the ONE ABOVE. Hopefully the dolphins were out showing their graceful moves and the deer were grazing in the grass ... sweet views off the balcony in the mornings. Hope you can visit again and can stay longer.

Beauty and Nature Everywhere
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe spent two wonderful weeks in this beautiful condo. The view is breathtaking, with nature all around us. We saw a family of deer every morning as well as dolphins jumping in the ocean. It was a fantastic experience.

Best condo in Sea Pines
Publié le 22 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThis condo is in a perfect setting and is beautifully decorated and maintained. The balcony overlooking the beach is especially lovely and we enjoyed it every day. Dolphines and deer visited every day too. The owner was extremely kind and responsive to a very small problem we had in the building. We will definitely stay here again.

HHI Family

Everything from the kitchen being stocked with all necessities needed to the beach chairs, toys, beach itself and pool access are easy and so close! The view is beautiful lots of Dolphins and Deer. The bedrooms are roomy and beds comfy. Walking distance to bike rental and Salty Dog.

Your review is greatly appreciated. We strive to provide beyond the necessities for our guests. The more we can have for our guests at their fingertips, the less things our guests will have to pack and then unpack. We love having our g-kids at the villa and are excited when families with children visit with us as well. Therefore, we have books, games, cards, beach toys of all descriptions.
Probably the feature most guests write about in their reviews are the special sighting of deer and dolphins. The location of our home is especially nice since tennis courts, pickleball courts, bike rentals, restaurants, shops, and marina all just across the street and pool and beach are just steps away. Thanks so much for visiting with us!!

Rare and beautiful stay in South Beach
Publié le 15 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis home is absolutely gorgeous and clean, and communication from the owner is excellent. The condo has everything you need. We were traveling with my 89 year old mother, who was able to walk to the beach easily with us. We also enjoyed the beautiful views of the sound, Daufuskie Island, long sunsets, dolphin, birds, and deer. The area is very quiet, even with South Beach marina and Salty Dog across the street (very fun!) I enjoy quieter parts of the beach and feeling surrounded by nature, and this place was outstanding for that. This is a top-notch place to stay in Hilton Head, and I look forward to returning.

Thank you for your kind review. One thing for sure, our beach and pool are easily accessible for all ages. The wooden walk to beach is especially helpful for all. The views are amazing. South Beach is known for the lovely sunsets.. one never tires of that view.
This area of HHI has about everything one needs for a memorable vacation. We are so pleased you were able to visit with us and excited you enjoyed your stay.

Another relaxing stay
Publié le 25 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our third stay in Margie and Gavin's spacious, light-filled, beautifully decorated, welcoming condo.
The owners are so gracious and accommodating and provide way more amenities than the usual rental.
Their unit looks just as spotless and new as the first year that we were there.
The beach of Calibogue sound is just outside the back door. March may not be swimming weather (we weren't expecting it to be), but the beach is great for walking, bike riding, and watching the sunset.
This year some extended family members joined us.

We were certainly excited your family could join you this year in our home and were honored you choose our home for your agsin. We are please to know the amenities provided are useful , like the beach chairs, beach towels, and extra kitchen supplies. It is our hope providing these items reduces some of the stress of packing and unpacking.for our guests.
We are blessed to have a fabulous cleaning service and also David with Overwatch Home Service to check our home after cleaning services completes the cleaning. As my mom said many years ago, “ Two pairs of eyes are better than one”. It is super nice to have someone check to make certain nothing was overlooked. We continually replace items and replenish supplies as needed.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for caring for our home as if it were your own. We do hope you will consider visiting with us once again in 2025.

You will LOVE this wonderful condo

We just want to say, this was by far our favorite condo we have ever stayed in. The views are outstanding, and the condo is so beautiful and VERY clean, you almost feel like you are the first to stay in this condo, that is how clean and well-appointed it is. Margie and Gavin were wonderful, the communication without a doubt was great, there encouragement to just relax and enjoy, was so nice. Margie even texted us to have a "safe trip home", very kind. We are already making arrangements to come back later this year and stay at Margie & Gavins, honestly, I do not think we could stay anywhere else after last week's stay. We certainly enjoyed having you as our guests in March. Rest and relaxation are two primary reasons for a vacation from the trials, and challenges and daily busy lives which most of us encounter. We are pleased to try to equip our home with extras to make our guests' stay comfortable like coffee bar, comfy furnishings, beach towels, beachchairs , noise machines, docking stations, books , 4 TVS and unbelievable views. Also, who can relax on a vacation is their home away from home is not super clean!! So thrilled your enjoyed your stay and we are looking forward to seeing you this fall.
