Welcome to your own private retreat at 507 Queens Grant, the closest Queens Grant property to the beach! This spacious and beautifully appointed three-bedroom villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and location for your next Hilton Head getaway.

Situated on one of the few private, wooded lots in Queens Grant, this villa offers peaceful views with no neighbors behind you, just the occasional deer wandering through the trees. Relax on the expansive back deck and enjoy the tranquil sounds of nature and the refreshing Carolina breeze.

The fully updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and generous counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. It is well stocked with everything you’ll need during your stay. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats more than six guests, perfect for gathering after a day at the beach.

Just beyond the kitchen, the living room is tastefully decorated in a beach-contemporary style and offers multiple comfortable seating options for everyone to unwind. An HDTV with cable is provided for your entertainment.

The first floor also features the primary suite, complete with a king bed, HDTV, and private access to the deck. The updated primary bathroom showcases a custom tiled walk-in shower and custom vanity, creating a spa-like retreat.

Upstairs, you’ll find two beautifully updated guest bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Both upstairs bedrooms feature two double beds in each room, providing ample sleeping space for family and friends. Each bedroom is equipped with its own HDTV. The shared guest bathroom includes a tiled tub and shower combination along with a double-sink vanity for added convenience.

Sliding glass doors from the living and dining areas open to your large private deck, offering plenty of seating options for outdoor relaxation or dining al fresco.

The beach is just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy Hilton Head’s beautiful shoreline. You’ll also be steps from the renowned Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and clubhouse, as well as the General Store, Tennis and Pickleball Center, and the ever-popular Alexander’s Restaurant & Wine Bar.
