Ocean One 219 - Oceanfront 2nd Floor Condo

Oceanfront VIP condo sleeps up to 8 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two doubles in bedroom 2, two queens in bedroom 3. With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 219 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.
Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. First time staying @ Ocean One & if at all possible it will not be the last. Parking & checking in was piece of cake. First day my wife went to take a shower & tub drain was clogged to where water ran out VERY slow. Texted, not called, just texted that we had a problem & was answered within maybe 5 minutes & someone was there, fixed it, & gone within 30 minutes of my text. EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! & the tub drain being clogged, no big deal, it happens. My point is we’ve never stayed anywhere where they answer your call AND fix the problem so fast. Also was a man that was mopping, emptying outside trash, sweeping spider webs down from walls, I’m not sure but I believe his name is Gabriel. Such a nice man. Ask us if we were enjoying our stay, if we needed anything, just a joy running into him & talking for a minute.

Convenient location, excellent beach

We enjoy staying at Ocean One. We can walk to everything - grocery, dining, ice cream. The beach is awesome, and we like having lifeguards. We are a family of 10 and have plenty of room for all in the 3-bedroom and everyone has their own bathroom. We also cook quite a few meals at the condo and appreciate the full kitchen.

We love the Coligny area.. this Condo was ideal for walking to the beach. I loved that every room had it's own bathroom in the bedroom. Lovey view of the beach while we drank coffee too.

Great location, crowded in the summer

We typically stay near Coligny, but we’ve never before been this close. It was a great, short walk for evening ice cream or shopping. The downside is finding a beach spot on a sunny day in July. My husband usually went down to put up our tent each morning around 8, if he didn’t, we were out of luck. The unit itself is clean, comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. What you see online is exactly what you get, and I thought that was a good thing. Quick flight down the stairs and 50 steps to the pool, another 100 to the beach. Parking in the parking lot is a bit iffy during peak months, they will not *guarantee you a spot, and sometimes we had to follow someone walking to their car to get a spot. We always got one, but I did see a truck parked in the landscaping one morning, I’m guessing he did not. The only other minor thing was the dryer, it makes a horrible squeaking sound. So much so that you don’t want to run it when you’re in the unit, and definitely not when asleep. The one big positive (for us) were the fans mounted on the wall in each bedroom. Nice, cooling and great white noise for sleeping. Overall, I would stay at this unit again in the off season, but probably a bit too crowded for July.

When we checked It went smoothly! We had a terrible time with the dryer squeaked terrible! The towels where so moldy smelling had to all be washed! Sent a note to manager with no response. The location of this property is absolutely the best place to be! This condo is very outdated!

Ideal location and accomodations

Eight woman gathered from 3 states to celebrate my 60th birthday. Sleeping was tight for 8 but we're all good friends. Everything else was spacious. Ideal location because all of us could do whatever we wanted, pool, beach, shop, restaurants and never have to get in a car.

Spacious condo but needs TLC

The condo was spacious. Loved that each bedroom had its own bath. View was pretty. I believe it’s time to have the condo deep cleaned. Need new coat of paint and new toilets or at least toilet seats and new rugs especially in the kitchen and living room.
