Stays over 7 nights may incur additional parking pass fees. No street parking, grass parking, or oversized vehicles allowed.

Security: Exterior cameras on the garage (no cameras in the backyard or inside the home).

Policies:

Treat the home with care, and do not rearrange furniture.

Bikes must be secured; no motorcycles, trailers, RVs, or sprinter vans permitted per Palmetto Dunes Resort rules and regulations.

Guest Access:

Key code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Three parking passes are included in your rental rate. If you will need additional passes for your vehicles, you will need to pay $45.00 per pass and request all passes through host. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Palmetto Dunes.

Getting Around:

Home located in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes Resort. Easy bike ride or walk to the beach. Palmetto Dunes has miles of bike paths, sidewalks and lagoon access for kayaking! The mid-island location is close to restaurants, shopping and the beach by vehicle or The Dunes Buggy shuttle service seasonally.



Other Things to Note:

Palmetto Dunes Resort does not permit RV's, Shuttles, or trailers. No logo or commercial signage vehicles permitted overnight unless parked in a garage.



Pest Control

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
