My family had a great time at Villamare 3324. The unit is great and has a lot of upgrades. The host was very accommodating and did his best to help us navigate the work that was going on outside the complex.

Very nice condo as described...well laid out with great views of the pool and beach. Gated area for added security. Host was easy to communicate with and check-in was quick and simple. Construction limited parking under the complex, but other areas provided plenty of spaces.Great host and condo. I would definitely recommend this unit and I would stay here again.

Love Villamare & HHI

Another wonderful week at Villamare and third time in this same condo. We love this condo
 very clean, amazing view, and ideal location within the building. Owners are very responsive and we love the expanded kitchen layout. Can’t wait to come back again next summer!

We enjoyed watching the sun rise in the morning. Nicely decorated unit. We would have preferred a Keurig coffee maker, but that was not a big issue. We would rent this unit again.

Villamare never disappoints

Great unit! The view can’t be beat. The property has everything needed kitchen and bathroom wise and it’s a great location that’s literally two stories up from an amazing pool and steps to a perfect beach. We loved our stay!

Fabulous!

We’ve been staying in Palmetto Dunes for decades. Depending on who is with us, we’ve rented both homes and villas. This year, following the death of my mother, I booked a last minute stay to get some sunshine, not knowing if either of my children or husband would join me. HHI full of memories for me with my mom. Found this on VRBO and it looked perfect, especially if I was to be coming alone. The unit is wonderful. The views are enchanting. Waking up to abundant sunshine, sitting on either patio overlooking the ocean or sitting in a club chair at the floor to ceiling window has been good for my soul (when I’m not at the beach or pool!). The unit is well stocked with plenty of plush towels, extra sheets & blankets. Most rentals have the bare minimum with no soap, shampoo, etc. This unit has soap, shampoo @ body wash in both bathrooms. The kitchen has hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags & cleaners. There was even a tiny jug of laundry soap. All appreciated! Kitchen has plenty of dishes, utensils & niceties (hand towels, toaster, coffee maker, lots of pots and pans and even a crockpot. Washer and dryer very handy and counter above a great place for beach items (lotions, etc.) No beach towels but easy pickup at any local store. (TJ Maxx!) We built 3 of the puzzles here. Husband & daughter here for a few days & both loved this unit as well. Close walk to the Dune House as well as the general store. Love! I even extended my stay. Will be back!

Spring break trip

Clean room with an incredible view of the sunrise. Everything we needed for the week was in the unit. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed and the outdoor pool heater was broken for several of the days.

Another amazing week!

Second summer staying in this unit (7th time overall @ Villamare). This unit is in a great location. Bathrooms beautifully remodeled and the Villamare remodeled and expanded pool area has given this unit an even better ocean view that it was before!! Looking forward to staying again next summer!!

Beach getaway

Great views of the beach and the pool. Nice layout and perfect for 4-6 guests. We had an issue with the AC for two days which made for a couple of sweaty nights but the owner did his best to get fixed promptly. The TVs also did not work but we didn’t miss them with all there was to do on the island. Would stay there again!

We had a wonderful time at Villamare! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay! Beds are comfortable, view is wonderful, check in process was extremely simple, and the beach cannot be beat!
